CEDEO

Every two years, we ask CEDEO to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. At BHV.NL, we believe it’s important to make good on the promises we make. By asking our customers about their experiences, we gain valuable insights that help us make sure we continue to provide the expertise and quality we promise.
We achieved a customer satisfaction score of 96% for our in-company training courses and 96% for our open training courses!

The Orange Cross

Our instructors are certified by The Orange Cross, a leading authority in the field of first aid in the Netherlands. This means that they not only have extensive knowledge of first aid protocols but are also trained to share this knowledge in an effective, practical and engaging way. Thanks to this certification, you are assured of training courses that meet the highest quality standards and connect with the latest guidelines. This not only guarantees the expertise of our instructors but also makes sure that course participants are well prepared to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.

Dutch Resuscitation Council

Our instructors are members of the Dutch Resuscitation Council (DRC), the organisation that’s responsible for guidelines and education in the field of CPR in the Netherlands. This means that they are fully up-to-date with the latest scientific insights and technique in the field of CPR and the use of AEDs. This membership guarantees that our training programmes meet the highest quality standards and that course participants learn how to act effectively in critical situations. With instructors that are acknowledged by the DRC we offer training programmes that focus on lifesaving knowledge and skills.

BVBN

In the Netherlands, the trade association for Emergency Response Netherlands (BVBN) plays an important role in increasing the quality of ERO trainings and functions as an accreditation arrangement for qualitied educators in company safety. BHV.NL is a BVBN-acknowledged training company. With this accreditation arrangement we’ve shown that we meet the requirements set by the BVBN. This offers our customers the certainty that their employees are trained by qualified instructors and that the content and the study material of the training programme will meet a high standard.

ISO 9001-2015

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified which means that our quality management system meets international standards for efficient, customer focus and continuous improvement. This certification guarantees that we work structured and consistent, resulting in high-quality training programmes that always meet the expectations of our customers. Because of this certification we work with processes and procedures that ensure a high customer satisfaction and guarantees that we are constantly working on improving our services.

HR Changemaker Award 2025

During the HR in Motion event in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, Veiligheidstrainingen.nl has won the HR Changemaker Award 2025 in the ‘Educating & Developing’ category with the training programme ‘Dealing with aggression and unwanted behaviour for supervisors and managers’. The training programme, that contributes to psychological safety and sustainable employability, provides supervisors with practical tools to identify inappropriate behaviour, to make it dissuadable, and to effectively tackle this behaviour. Thanks to a combination of policy knowledge, law and legislation and realistic exercises with a training actor, participants are visible strengthened in their role. Afterwards, 87% experiences more self confidence. The expert jury applauded the impact the training programme has on behaviour, team dynamics and organisational culture and praised the use of Veiligheidstrainingen.nl for a safe work environment.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022

Our employees handle personal information with the utmost care, our systems are well-secured, partners have been informed and we apply retention periods for personal data. With this, we comply with the strict requirements of the ISO27001 standard and keep the risks of a data breach to a minimum. Should an event or incident take place unexpectedly, then as an organisation we will follow procedures drawn up in advance, by which we immediately inform all persons involved.

BHV.NL is actively involved with various trade organisations and works together intensely with sectors such as healthcare, education, industry, culture and services. Because of this close collaboration we gain a thorough insight into the specific challenges, risks and law and legislation each sector is facing. Due to this we can apply and further develop our expertise in company safety, customised to the daily practice of organisations. With knowledge sharing, trade-oriented customised training programmes and practical safety solutions, we support trade organisations and their members in strengthening their safety awareness and ability to act. This way, we contribute to a safe, futureproof and well-prepared work environment within each sector.
