Does your company have multiple employees that need to be trained? An optimal cooperation starts with training together. Let employees follow an in-company group course at your company in the Netherlands. This is already possible starting from 6 participants. Do you not have a suitable location yourself? Then we’ll arrange for one. Choose ERO, FIRST AID, VCA or one of the other training programmes.

Arranging a location yourself
Most in-company training courses are organised at the location where the organisation is located. This location should, however, comply with some conditions.
- Indoors we need a space of approximately 65 square meter.
- In that space, tables should be setup in a U-form.
- In addition, we need an outdoor space with a size of about three parking spots. We will use this to practice putting out an early fire.
Of course it’s also possible to approach a location yourself, to organise the in-company training course. This location should also comply with the abovementioned conditions.

With venues located throughout the country, there’s always a convenient option nearby. Except for open enrolment courses you can also turn to the practice centre in Dordrecht (Netherlands) for in-company training courses. By organising the course there, you lift the level or realism of the course to a higher level. During the training courses here we use practice objects that can perfectly imitate a practice situation. There’s also more material available than at our regular locations, such as fire-extinguishing equipment. Please feel free to point out if you’re interested in the options of Spinel.

What is an in-company training course?
With an in-company training programme of BHV.NL the course takes place on location at your own organisation. That way, multiple employees can follow the course at the same time, in a collegial and trusted setting. An experienced instructor visits you on location, so no travel time is lost, and no travel expenses are made. In addition, the course is customised, so you can practice with situations that are realistic in your company.
TIP: combine the course with a scenario or evacuation exercise
Would you like to make sure that everyone in your organisation knows exactly what to do in the event of an emergency? If so, make sure you practice regularly with an evacuation exercise. Evacuation exercises are built up in phases, gradually increasing in difficulty and complexity. By combining an evacuation exercise with a scenario exercise, you make the training even more realistic. More information about evacuation and scenario exercises.
