The performance indicator maps out the development and progress of your emergency response organisation (ERO) following the use of our services. It provides insight into your organisation's current level of preparedness, highlighting both the strengths and areas for improvement within your ERO. Based on this assessment, we identify which aspects of your emergency response organisation require additional attention. Training effectiveness is measured through scenario exercises, during which we assess the operational performance of your ERO. We evaluate the following areas:
- Meeting of all (legal) requirements based on interviews;
- The ERO policy of your organisation;
- Critical factors such as facilities, procedures, collaboration and compliance;
- ERO-plan: training and scenario-based exercises based on your remaining risks;
- Implementation and execution of the ERO organisation and education, the safety awareness within the ERO and the competences;
- Control and improvement measures;
- Risk inventory and evaluation: for example, do you also take psychosocial workload into account and do you have a policy for it;
- Feedback of the instructor and the course participants;
- Assessment of the scenario exercises.
We process the results of these assessments so you can see your scores clearly in an easy-to-read dashboard. We discuss the results together. We draw conclusions, and set new, realistic goals for the next training year.
