Your learning journey in Veiligheidsimpuls
The programme has been built up in three steps:
Modules
Preparatory modules
Prior to the training day you follow four preparatory modules through our learning platform Veiligheidsimpuls:
- Your learning path
- Your role as an emergency response officer
- Fire, evacuation and smoke hazard
- Urgent and non-urgent emergency first aid
Regular new modules
Step by step you grow into your role with a smart learning path. New modules and themes are regularly placed online. If so, we will send you an email. We start with the basic skills, enhance your knowledge, and subsequently take the step towards in-depth themes. With this continuous learning path we make sure that you, as an emergency response officer, become confident and capable.
Realistic scenarios
With Veiligheidsimpuls you practice with various realistic scenarios. These situations simulate emergency situations and offer you the opportunity to actually put your knowledge and skills to work. That way you will know how to act in an emergency situation.
Your library
In addition to the regular modules you receive access to the knowledge database. In it you find extra information, the most important actions explained step by step, knowledge facts and more. Have you for example forgotten how the door procedure works or how to evacuate? Not to worry, in your knowledge database you can easily retrieve this information.
